# Commercial Routes

This is the investor-facing route map for the current Cithorum business. It keeps Jam first, treats Cithorum Cloud as proof and delivery surface, and treats Data-Centre Ops KG as the near-ready compounding layer.

## 1. Jam engine deployments

Jam is the ready commercial route. It can be licensed or deployed as a compression codec / engine inside existing customer and partner environments, without forcing them to move onto Cithorum Cloud.

Primary targets:

- Operators with large object, block, backup, archive, imaging, telemetry, or AI dataset footprints.
- Prime contractors and OEMs that need storage efficiency, lower replication cost, and a Canadian/sovereign technology story.
- Enterprises that want lower infrastructure cost without a GPU dependency or appliance forklift.

Commercial shape:

- Benchmark customer data first.
- Convert proof into a pilot or engine deployment.
- Expand into managed storage, reporting, compliance evidence, and KG-backed operations.

## 2. M2M TechConnect

M2M TechConnect is the live customer proof point and current revenue anchor.

- Live pilot / customer route.
- USD 7k per month MRR.
- Approximately INR 70L ARR.
- Useful as proof that Jam can move from benchmark to paid deployment.

## 3. Canada ITB primes

Canada ITB is a strategic channel for Jam as an engine and Canadian sovereign technology.

- Cithorum is in active conversations with two ITB primes.
- The opportunity is US$100M-class if a prime route converts into a larger contract.
- This should be described as pipeline and route potential, not awarded revenue.

## 4. 45Drives / OEM channel

45Drives is an OEM / storage-channel route for embedding Jam into existing storage buying motions.

- Position Jam as a storage-efficiency engine for operators and OEM partners.
- Pair the codec with benchmark evidence and customer workload economics.
- Treat the relationship as a partner channel until formal terms exist.

## 5. India private enterprise

India private enterprise is the near-term buyer motion for Jam and Cithorum Cloud.

- Buyers with storage-heavy, regulated, or cost-sensitive workloads.
- Strong fit for private-cloud, healthcare, imaging, telemetry, backup, archive, and AI data management.
- Cithorum Cloud provides a live 1 PB proof surface for customers that prefer a managed environment.

## 6. Indian public-sector tenders

Indian tenders remain an upside route through Cithorum India, Udyam-MSE positioning, and the founder network.

- Treat as pipeline until a specific award exists.
- Use Jam economics and the 1 PB live pod as proof.
- Avoid making tender upside the main investor story.

## 7. Data-Centre Ops KG

Data-Centre Ops KG is the near-ready product layer that turns Jam telemetry and cloud operations into queryable operating memory.

- Internal alpha on the live 1 PB pod first.
- Controlled customer slices next.
- Extends later into Workspace, Law, and Medical KG platforms where customer pull exists.

## Investor framing

The lead story is not speculative data-centre capex. The lead story is Jam commercialization.

The current preferred raise is INR 3-5 Cr to convert live proof into a repeatable commercial engine: pilots, partner integrations, benchmark pipeline, compliance readiness, Cithorum Cloud packaging, Ops KG, and sales motion. With a strategic lead, the 12-month plan can expand up to INR 12.5 Cr to accelerate partner integrations, ITB readiness, pod expansion, and enterprise pipeline conversion.
